GPADS
Sigma Langit Harmoni offers one of the most comprehensive, proven, and reliable families of JPADS/GPADS solutions in the world, covering payload configurations from 25 lbs up to 10,000 lbs. These systems are trusted by military forces globally and have been successfully deployed in extensive test, training, and operational missions totaling tens of thousands of airdrops. Few guided airdrop platforms have undergone the same level of rigorous qualification and field validation.
Our GPADS product family is built on a common system architecture, ensuring interoperability and ease of use across all models. Each system utilizes the same GPS and inertial avionics, unified flight software, standardized user interface, and similar packing and rigging procedures. All deployment components remain attached to the system, and the design requires no pyrotechnics, ensuring safer and more efficient handling.
The GPADS avionics suite includes options for both commercial GPS and Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module (SAASM) MIL GPS. It integrates a 3-axis IMU (gyroscopes, accelerometers, magnetometers) along with a barometric sensor. In GPS-denied environments, the flight software automatically transitions to inertial and barometric navigation, enabling the system to dead reckon accurately to the target.
All GPADS systems from Sigma Langit Harmoni are fully supported by our advanced jTrax Mission Planner software and are also compatible with USAF CAT airdrop mission planning tools, ensuring seamless integration into modern airdrop operations.
